Baden Dickson
Director & Senior Agronomist
Sarah Dickson
Baden Dickson is a Director of Fenix Envirotech with a Bachelor of Science (Agriculture). He has over 25 years of experience across agriculture, environmental management, and vegetation control, and is currently furthering his studies in arboriculture.
As a Senior Agronomist, he brings extensive expertise in crop production, pasture management, soil health, weed control, and whole-farm planning. His strong agricultural foundation enables him to design practical, outcomes-focused solutions that enhance both farm productivity and environmental sustainability.
Baden has led a broad range of environmental projects throughout New South Wales, including weed management, bush regeneration, revegetation, ecological restoration, and land rehabilitation. He is particularly focused on improving landscape health and supporting long-term, sustainable outcomes for clients.
By combining hands-on field experience with modern technologies such as aerial mapping and surveys, aerial spraying, and environmental monitoring, Baden delivers efficient, data-informed solutions for landholders, councils, and government agencies.
He is known for a practical, hands-on approach and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results that support productive agricultural systems and resilient environmental landscapes.

Paul Taylor
Sarah Dickson is a Director and a Graduate Agronomist with a Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management, and is currently furthering her studies in arboriculture. She combines agricultural expertise, environmental knowledge, and business management experience to deliver practical, sustainable solutions for landholders, councils, government agencies, and private clients.
Sarah takes a hands-on approach to every project, actively supporting both field operations and business management. Her responsibilities include project coordination, compliance, stakeholder engagement, client relations, tender management, and operational planning, while also working alongside crews in the field when required. This practical involvement ensures projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
With a strong passion for agriculture, environmental management, and rural communities, Sarah is committed to helping clients improve productivity, restore landscapes, and achieve long-term environmental outcomes through innovation, technology, and sustainable land management practices.
Working Foreman
With 34 years of service in law enforcement, Paul brings a wealth of experience, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every project. Having grown up on a farm, he developed a practical understanding of agriculture, rural living, and hands-on problem solving from an early age. Paul is currently furthering his studies in arboriculture.
Today, Paul combines those lifelong skills with a passion for gardening, landscaping, property maintenance, and handyman services. Whether he's improving outdoor spaces, maintaining gardens, completing repairs, or tackling general property improvements, he approaches every job with professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Paul understands that every property is different and takes pride in providing practical solutions tailored to each client's needs. His friendly nature, strong communication skills, and commitment to quality workmanship have earned him the trust of homeowners, landholders, and businesses alike.
